Desalination Plant
AP Marine has experience in desalination plant outfall monitoring. Brine and chemical impacts are important and in many cases lead to environmental degradation. Currently there is no legal framework for deasalination monitoring although there is much activity in this sector and with the creation of many more high volume desalination plants it is expected that impacts on the surrounding areas of the outfall will be monitored in the future. Currently AP Marine conducts surveys at outfall locations to aquire knowledge into the subject area as well as training its employees in underwater survey methodology at desalination plants. |
